Roles and Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
· Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
· Engage with prospects to understand their software requirements and business needs.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our ERP solutions.
· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
· Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
· Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
· Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Requirements:
· Proven experience of 5+years in ERP sales is required.
· Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales methodologies.
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and articulate product features and benefits effectively.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
